These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Local early access waitlist at local-app.it. By submitting your email address, you agree to these terms.
The Local waitlist is a pre-launch interest registration. It lets you receive a single notification email when the Local app becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract for services, does not guarantee a specific launch date, and does not guarantee availability of the app in your city or country at launch.
We collect your email address only. It will be used for one purpose: to send you a notification when Local launches. We will not use it for newsletters, marketing campaigns, or any other communication. We will never sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you give us explicit consent (pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to process your email address for the purpose described above. You may withdraw this consent at any time — without any negative consequence — by emailing support@local-app.it. Your address will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
Local is a pre-launch product under active development. Features, pricing, and availability described on this site are subject to change without notice. We make no warranty of any kind — express or implied — regarding the app's launch timeline, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Local and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed €0, as no payment is exchanged.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pesaro (PU), Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published at this URL with the date above. If you are already on the waitlist and we make material changes, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect.
